To be fair I was not going to leave a review if I had just received my deposit back which I was told I would but here we are…In September 2021, I scheduled an appointment with Krista and she said the earliest appointment would be January 8th, No problem I gave her a $40 deposit with zero receipt and all she did was write the appointment on a sticky note, never in a calendar or anything. Should of been my first red flag. Anyway I went at 2:45 and the other lady at the shop said she’d be right there, at 3:20 she said I’ve messaged her with no response multiple times, let me take your name and number and she will get back to you. Before she could get back I reached out and asked for my deposit back after having to move my plans and find a babysitter rescheduling was off the table. Just give me back my money for a service you never completed. She claimed all her appointments were deleted on October 1st and she had put out a post on Facebook as if everyone would see that! Even though when I made the appointment she said all her appointments were deleted. She also said she was at a retreat in Colorado, so she wasn’t even in the same state! I find it hard to believe the other artists at the shop didn’t know this! But she did agree to send me back my deposit, it has now been a week with nothing! I even messaged again….From what I hear she does great work but the professionalism is shady to say the least, there are plenty of other shops in the vicinity that do equally great work with a more professional approach.
